What about digital babes, and I mean real naked ones, in computer games? Or even better what about real sex in games? Well the current state of adult gaming is not really exciting. Except for Lovechess of course ;-)
The current game developers are not afraid of showing more and more explicit violence in games, but it seems that they don’t want to burn their hands on sex and nudity. The last couple of months there are some erotic game titles released, but they all are quite tame. No explicit scenes, or real sex action.
The dominating forces on the game market are rather conservative and like to stay on the safe side. Adult games are stated risky and hard to get on the shelves. And besides, they are afraid it could hurt their studio’s name. But in our experience as an ‘adult’ game developer there are a lot of people having fun playing these kind of games. And not even only men. I think about one third of our buyers is female.
Besides the real adult games there is an other way of getting nudes in computer games. A lot of games are customizable with skins and patches. And guys will be guys I guess, they just make their own naked skins and patches to watch their game characters naked. There are a lot of these nude patches around, for all kind of games. But one of the most used games is The Sims 2. At this time the nude skins for the Sims are popping up all over the web. You can fill the whole street in Sim Town with naked girls if you like.
