Nudity is always an easy way to draw attention when you have something for sale or want your service to get noticed by the public eye. It’s quite amazing how fast the opening of the new Louis Vuitton Megastore on the Champs Elysées in Paris is spreading trough various news sites and other media.
The installation of nude woman, between bags and other stuff, is an idea of the artist Vanessa Beecroft. The whole concept of displaying naked people in a shops window, or in the shop itself, is not new, seen that several times in Amsterdam, and no, that wasn’t in the red light district :-).
But anyway, I still thought it was worth to mention the event on the Art of Love.
