The strong personal style of the German erotic photographer Roman Kasperski is the result of a great imagination, playfulness and a decent dose of humor. The work balances between expressionistic intensity and the lighthearted smooth photography we know from commercials and advertisement.
Looking at the images you can see a reflection of erotic and cultural theme’s from the last decades. The Jeff Koons soft pornographic style, the Cindy Sherman fragile self-portraits and on the contrary the glossy Pin-up.
Roman Kasperski does not copy these influences, he absorbs them and then creates his own theme and style. In combination with his beautiful character models the result is truly amazing.
